How can I create an account with CEX.IO BROKER?
You can log in to CEX.IO BROKER using your CEX.IO credentials if you already have an account with CEX.IO. If you do not have CEX.IO account yet, you have to register on CEX.IO BROKER. As soon as you confirm all registration information, you’ll have access to a CEX.IO BROKER account and will be able to open Demo and Live accounts. The availability of Live accounts depends on your location.
Who can sign up for CEX.IO BROKER?
Anyone who is 18 or older and resides in a country where we deliver our services can sign up.
In which countries is Live trading on CEX.IO BROKER available?

Can I register with CEX.IO BROKER several times using different emails?
How do I open a Demo or Live account?
You can manage your Demo and Live accounts from a.cexbro.com. Here you can easily add a new Live/Demo account by clicking Add new for the respective account type.
What is the maximum number of Live and Demo accounts I can use?
Currently, you can open up to 5 Live and up to 5 Demo accounts.
Closing an account
How can I cancel my registration?
To close your account, please contact our support team and they’ll guide you through the procedure. Please make sure that you have no funds in a Live account before requesting to close it.
Can I close Demo and Live accounts?
Currently, you can not close your Live or Demo account. We will be working to enable the functionality for you as soon as possible.
Accessing an account
I can’t log in. What’s the issue?
Wrong username/password. Please check that you’re using the correct login details. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking Forgot password.
Two-factor authentication. If you don’t receive a 2FA code or the code you receive doesn’t work, contact our support team for assistance.
I have forgotten my password
If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log into your CEX.IO BROKER account, you can request to change your password on the login page by clicking Forgot password.
How can I secure my account?
You can secure your account by using two-factor authentication (2FA) and receiving a code every time you log into your account. Additionally, make sure you have a strong password that includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. And make sure that your password is unique and isn’t used for any other service.
