If you have a question related to your account or activity on CEX.IO BROKER – for example, if you can’t close a position or if a position was closed incorrectly – you can submit a request to our Support Team via the CEX.IO BROKER Help Center and provide details and screenshots of the issue. We’ll investigate and resolve your query as soon as possible.
When submitting a request, make sure to:
- Sign in to the Help Center using the email address you use to sign in to CEX.IO BROKER.
- Click Submit a request and provide as many details as possible.
- Attach photos/scans to support your case and click Submit.
